Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days after the order has been delivered. After 7 days, returns and refunds will no longer be eligible.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items damaged through normal wear or misuse

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will work with our fulfillment partner, Printful, to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
