Order Fulfillment
All orders placed through Property.com are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printful. Printful handles product printing, packaging, and shipping directly to customers.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment. During holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location:

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipping updates.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Property.com is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Property.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier first. You may also contact us for assistance.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

International Customs & Import Fees
